Clinton Cusick, Esq., is a Trademark Attorney with extensive trademark prosecution experience. Since founding the law firm in 2005, he has been a top ranked trademark attorney by Trademark Insider. In addition to evaluating and registering trademarks, Clinton has also successfully represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Prior work experience includes two intellectual property law firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as in house counsel for a pharmaceutical company. Clinton received his JD in 1998 from Rutgers University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Clinton is licensed to practice solely in New Jersey and New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Shawn R. Farmer, Esq., is an intellectual property attorney with experience regarding a wide array of patent, trademark and copyright matters. He received his JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both Chemistry and Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas.  Upon graduating from law school, he worked for an intellectual property law firm in Pennsylvania where he gained valuable experience prosecuting patent and trademark applications as well as litigating actions in US Federal Court, which involved trademark infringement. Shawn is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Jon Muskin, Esq., is an intellectual property attorney who has experience in all types of trademark matters including trademark prosecution, litigation, and domain name disputes. Jon previously practiced in the Washington, DC area and in New York where he gained trademark litigation experience in Federal Court. Jon received both a JD in 1995 and a Masters of Laws (LLM) degree in intellectual property law (with honors) from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University. Jon is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Sandra J. Lex, Esq., is an intellectual property attorney whose practice includes the preparation of trademark clearance studies, trademark applications, and litigation support. She holds a Juris Doctor (with honors) from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering (with honors) from Drexel University. During her legal studies, she completed a concentration in intellectual property law (with honors), which required extensive coursework and practical experiences with this aspect of the law. Sandra is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
